What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Bid Coordinator position at CQ Insulation?

The Company’s focus is on offering its catalog of material and services for large-scale new construction projects throughout the country; multi-family, residential, senior living, commercial, and government work.

Some of what this person will be responsible for:
- Downloading/uploading blueprints & specs,
- Adding ITB to estimating queue,
- Creating new projects into CRM systems,
- Logging project location/demographic information,
- Entering project specific trade(s),
- Building architect and builder/developer profiles,
- Linking internal related parties to accounts/projects.

- Working capacity in MS Excel, applicants will be tested,
