Job Description
CVS Health invites you to join us for our Finance Externship experience, which is a virtual 9-session opportunity that starts on September 25th, 2023 and concludes on October 11th, 2023 for the first session. Second session will start on October 16th and finish on November 1st
As a Finance Extern, you will get an introduction to corporate finance and accounting at a Fortune 4 company (whose CEO was named Fortune’s Most Powerful Woman in Business globally).
During our 9-session externship, you will develop your analytical toolkit with Excel training, build your PowerPoint presentation skills, hear from experienced leaders, get paired with a mentor, and enhance your communication skills. You will work with data to create a mock budgeting presentation to business leaders. All virtually from the comfort of your home.
Sessions will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for three weeks from 3-4:30:
o 1st session students 9/25-10/11
o 2nd session students 10/16-11/1
At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity for early application and interview for a position in our 2024 Finance Summer Internship.
This externship program is an unpaid experience. The pay range listed below is applicable to our internship roles only.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
