Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of vendor invoices
- Perform three-way match for invoice verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts payable and make general ledger entries as required.
- Understand and apply principles of debit versus credit in financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing month-end financials for internal review and reporting.
- Maintain a focus on delivering impactful results in alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage and process a large volume of invoices efficiently.
- Experience with three-way matching and accounts payable reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of general ledger entries and journal preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, first shift.
