Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and credits efficiently to ensure timely updating of accounts.
- Conducting regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data and records.
- Posting deposits and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth processing of accounts.
- Handling customer disputes in collaboration with operations teams to find resolutions.
- Providing support to the billing department as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.

Required Work Hours:
The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.
