Position
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable professional to join their team in Connecticut.
This role involves managing various aspects of accounts receivable operations and supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records.
Processing payments and credits efficiently to ensure timely updating of accounts. Conducting regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data and records. Posting deposits and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth processing of accounts. Handling customer disputes in collaboration with operations teams to find resolutions. Providing support to the billing department as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams. Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.
Competitive pay with a salary range from $25 to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
