Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
- Advise clients on tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies
- Conduct tax projections and year-round planning engagements
- Support clients with federal and state tax matters
- Assist with notice resolution and client correspondence
- Review work prepared by junior team members
- Research changing tax regulations and communicate impacts to clients
- Partner with leadership on complex tax engagements and special projects

Required Qualifications
- Active CPA, EA, or equivalent professional tax credential
- 3 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong background with individual and business entity taxation
- Experience with S-Corporations, Partnerships, and closely held businesses
- Ability to communicate tax concepts clearly to clients
- Experience handling complex returns and tax planning engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state tax experience

- Review experience within a public accounting environment
