AP Specialist (Job Costing)

Location: Downtown Vancouver, WA
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite: Tuesday & Thursday)
Compensation: $23–$29/hour DOE 

CV Resources is partnering with a large, nationally recognized real estate development and property management organization with a strong presence across the West Coast and Mountain West. Due to internal promotions and continued growth, our client is hiring a solid Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support both corporate and project-related accounting functions. This role requires someone comfortable balancing traditional AP responsibilities with job costing and project accounting exposure.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused, with the ability to cross-train across multiple accounting functions.

• Process full-cycle corporate accounts payable

• Assist with job costing and project-related AP

• Support project draws

• Prepare and complete account reconciliations

• Ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses

• Cross-train across corporate and project accounting functions

• Maintain strong internal communication with accounting and operations teams

  Qualifications

  • 2 years of accounts payable experience

  • Job costing experience strongly preferred

  • Construction or real estate industry experience highly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional and collaborative communication style
