CV Resources is partnering with a well-established and growing agricultural operation in the Willamette Valley to identify a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting process, working closely with leadership, and becoming deeply involved in a unique and operationally complex business environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on setting and is excited to learn the nuances of an industry that operates very differently from traditional manufacturing, retail, or corporate accounting environments.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple business entities
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and customer statements
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Prepare documentation for audits and tax-related activities
• Partner with operational teams and leadership to support business decision-making
• Help maintain organized accounting records and improve internal processes where neededWhat We’re Looking For:
  • 5 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
  • Someone adaptable, curious, and interested in learning a specialized operational business modelPreferred Qualifications:
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Prior experience in agriculture, nursery, farming, manufacturing, or other operational industries is a plus
    • Bookkeeping certifications such as CB or CPB are helpful but not requiredBenefits Include:
