Pay: $22–$24/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the accounting team with high-volume invoice processing and general clerical accounting duties. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry and match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support month-end close activities as needed
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks for the accounting team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
