Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Estimator to oversee projects from initial bid through completion. This role requires someone who can manage crews, build accurate estimates, and keep jobs moving on schedule across plumbing, gas fitting, industrial, and residential construction work.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Manage projects from start to finish including scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate and oversee field crews on a daily basis
- Build and maintain daily and weekly crew schedules
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
- Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track job costs and maintain budget control
- Order materials and manage jobsite logistics
- Coordinate plumbing and gas fitting projects
- Support residential home builds from start to finish
- Experience in construction project management and estimating
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and gas systems preferred
- Experience in industrial and residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors
- Comfortable using Excel and basic estimating tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Someone who takes ownership and finishes what they start
- Strong communicator who can manage both field and office work
