Project Manager

The Project Manager serves as a key leader, this position has responsibilities for the Operation and Logistical management of the defined area.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Accountable for the quality of our projects and productivity of our teams throughout the assigned regions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000\/year Car Allowance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n

Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n

\n\t
• Plans the proper setup of new projects, including physical layout, material handling, and staffing<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Establishes and maintains close communication with customer contacts<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Implements and monitors project quality processes<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Develops new operational initiatives including the launch of new customers, locations and\/or services<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Reviews projects for evidence that best practices are being implemented and applied effectively and understood at all levels<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Monitors profit margin and labor efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Trains and educates Project Supervisors on proper procedures and company policies<\/span><\/li>\n\t
• Ensures all teams within the assigned region are operating according to company requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

  Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n

  \n\t
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required<\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Five (5) years of direct manufacturing experience in a QS\/ISO environment<\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Two (2) years in a supervisory role<\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Experience in handling customer and employee relations<\/span><\/li>\n\t
  • Available to work assigned hours based on business needs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
