Job Overview
EcoView Windows & Doors is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Project / Warehouse / Office Manager to oversee daily operations across our office and warehouse while coordinating project flow from order to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can keep projects, inventory, and administrative tasks running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Track project timelines and ensure materials are ready on schedule
- Communicate with sales, production, installers, and customers
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally
- Will be handling installer paperwork for each project
Warehouse Management
- Oversee receiving, storing, and organizing windows, doors, and materials
- Track inventory and ensure accuracy for upcoming projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Supervise field management
Office & Administrative Duties
- Handle basic office operations and paperwork
- Maintain project files and records
- Answer phones and assist customers or vendors
- Will be updating customers on projects
- Use spreadsheets, inventory software, or basic office programs
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, warehouse management, office management, or construction-related operations
- Knowledge of windows, doors, or building materials preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working both in an office and warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
