Job Overview
EcoView Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse
Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for our windows and doors business. The ideal
candidate will have hands-on experience with receiving materials, maintaining accurate
inventory, communicating with customers, and scheduling to ensure smooth and timely project
flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming windows, doors, and related materials for accuracy and damage
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues
- Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure project readiness
- Scheduling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Experience in receiving, inventory control, and scheduling
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of windows, doors, or building materials
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email & CRM's)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
