Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Content Producer & Program Manager to join Customer Management Practice.
You will contribute to the market research, project coordination, and product development for our live events. Alongside our whip-smart analyst team, you’ll investigate industry trends, recruit and manage executive-level speakers, and design conference programs that represent the most critical topics facing leaders in the customer contact sector.
We’ll train the successful candidate on the fundamentals of market research and help build expertise in the customer contact/CX subject matter.

Responsibilities Include
Content
•Write compelling and engaging content that is relevant and trending about customer experience
•Source and recruit thought leaders and senior executives in the industry, using cold outreach methods to invite them to speak.
•Deliver high quality, in-person conference content by onboarding and collaborating with speakers, thought leaders, and other stakeholders.
•Work closely and collaboratively with sales, marketing and event operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of an outstanding customer experience on-site
Events
• Moderate and lead event sessions
• Attend 3 events per year
•Capture content and create post-show reports and additional content stemming from the events.
•Building great relationships with senior executives
