Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Video Content Producer to join our law firm’s marketing team. As part of our specialized marketing unit, this role will focus on producing compelling video content that communicates the firm’s brand story and engages diverse audiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on storyteller with strong technical expertise, from concept development to final editing, and the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead content planning and oversee the full video production process from concept to delivery
• Strategize, shoot, edit, and manage video content for YouTube and other digital platforms
• Produce branded videos and diverse marketing content tailored to target audiences
• Coordinate with external production vendors and freelancers to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain awareness of video trends and platform-specific best practices to maximize impact

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in using professional-grade cameras, including DSLR and action cameras
• Expert-level skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
• Demonstrated experience in planning, filming, and editing video content, with a strong focus on YouTube production
• Portfolio submission required (must showcase original personal work)

Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects
• Background in producing content for professional services, B2B, or corporate branding
• Strong understanding of SEO and metadata optimization for video content on YouTube and other platforms
• Experience with live-streaming technologies and multi-camera setups
• Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on deadline
