Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow. This role requires proficiency in various office software and strong communication skills to effectively handle front desk duties and data management.
Duties
- Import and Export paperwork, will train
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize software such as Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools for bookkeeping, invoicing, and report generation
- Effective communication and problem-solving
- Assist with customer scheduling
- Support clerical tasks including typing, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Ensure the office environment remains organized,
Skills
- Proficiency in , Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent data entry accuracy
- Experience in clerical work, including filing and proofreading documents
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting preferred; transportation experiance is helpful, not nessecary
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic financial procedures is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Must be able to work on your own, without supervision, be on time and reliable
