Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce / Custom Products
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing e-commerce company specializing in custom logo and branded products. This is not a retail role. You’ll work with business customers, handling inquiries, orders, and coordination between customers and our production team.
This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable on the phone and email, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and guide orders
- Assist customers with quotes, order details, timelines, and custom product questions
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience from inquiry through production
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, fulfillment) to keep orders on track
- Help resolve issues quickly and professionally when questions or changes arise
- Maintain accurate records and notes within our systems

- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or office-based roles
- Strong phone and email communication skills with a professional, friendly tone
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters with custom orders
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-moving environment

- Experience with custom products, promotional items, or B2B customers

Base Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
