ServiceNow Architect
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to help lead and scale our established, growing ServiceNow platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong architectural vision and the ability to guide teams through complex decisions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a senior architect within our ServiceNow ecosystem, partnering closely with another architect and technical product owners.
- Ensure all platform work aligns with established architectural standards and long-term strategy.
- Provide hands-on expertise and guidance across multiple modules and intersecting initiatives.
- Lead and support integrations—both executing complex integrations and coaching other teams through theirs.
- Establish and uphold data governance standards and architectural best practices.
- Consult on challenging technical problems and document architectural changes as needed.
What You Bring
- 7 years of experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
- Hands-on experience in at least three of the following modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- SPM
- HRSD
- IRM/GRC
- CMDB/CSDM
- Proven experience leading integrations and guiding other teams through integration design and execution.
- Strong background in defining and maintaining data governance standards and architectural guidelines.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - preferred.
