We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of complex, technology-driven platforms within our e-commerce ecosystem. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business and engineering, translating strategic goals into scalable, high-performing solutions—particularly within Order Management Systems (OMS).
You'll own technical backlog priorities, guide architectural decisions, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability are built into the product from the ground up.
What You'll DoOwn and manage the product roadmap and backlog for a highly technical Order Management System
Partner with engineering teams to design, build, and evolve scalable IT solutions
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs
Drive and continuously improve performance testing strategies across the OMS platform
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Guide technical design discussions and ensure solutions align with long-term platform strategy
Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value and system performance
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and integration quality across UI and downstream services
Serve as a key point of alignment between product, engineering, QA, and architecture teams
5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role
Strong experience in e-commerce platforms and Order Management Systems (OMS)
Hands-on technical understanding of:
Java / Spring Boot
Familiarity with .NET, particularly for OMS UI integrations
Experience designing and improving performance testing strategies for large-scale systems
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and backend services
Experience working with databases and data access methods
Cassandra and Azure SQL experience preferred
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and solve technical problems
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Experience working in high-volume, transaction-heavy environments
Background in software engineering, systems design, or architecture
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Agile / Scrum experience working with distributed teams
