• Coordinate, schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items.
• Track, update, and maintain work requests using Excel, ensuring accuracy and clear documentation.
• Support technical tasks such as basic data entry, reporting, and file organization.
• Learn, maintain, and potentially build or improve team SharePoint sites to streamline processes and centralize resources.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand priorities, follow direction, and proactively assist where needed.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables, escalating when necessary to keep work on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic formulas, organization).
• Ability and willingness to learn SharePoint site setup, content updates, and basic configuration.
• Excellent organizational and time‐management skills.
• Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical aptitude and comfort working with digital tools and process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting technical teams or project coordination.
