CURV Body Lounge is seeking a polished, dependable Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and helps create the calm, elevated experience our space is known for — while also supporting memberships, packages, and retail through thoughtful client guidance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients with a calm, professional presence
- Manage scheduling and provider calendars
- Help fill schedule gaps and optimize bookings to support daily revenue
- Confidently recommend memberships, packages, and services to clients
- Support retail sales and educate clients on products
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and common areas
- Assist with light spa upkeep (laundry, restocking, room reset)
- Support providers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Handle client questions with professionalism
- Take ownership of front desk operations and problem-solve as needed

- Spa, wellness, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
Compensation
Hourly commission performance-based bonuses
