Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of client orders from placement through delivery
- Assist in managing shipments from US warehouses (Illinois and Texas)
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries
- Track order status and flag potential delays or issues
- Support management of backorders and priority requests
- Coordinate with carriers to request quotes, schedule shipments, and track deliveries
- Assist with inbound warehouse deliveries and receiving coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential risks
- Support replenishment requests to maintain stock levels
- Prepare and review monthly billing for accuracy
- Help resolve order, shipment, or inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams across operations, logistics, and finance
- Contribute to improving processes and workflows over time
Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, clear and professional
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Experience:
- 1–3 years in customer service, operations, logistics, retail, or similar
- Experience with orders, shipments, or client coordination is a plus, not required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Salary : $48,000 - $58,000
