Maintenance Repair Tech
We are looking for a Maintenance Repair Tech to join our Blue Ash, Ohio shot peening facility!
As our Maintenance Repair Tech, you will work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure machines are running at optimal performance.
This is a great role for an individual with 1-2 years of maintenance experience who wishes to expand their knowledge, particularly in preventative maintenance.
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30pm (OT as needed)
Hourly Rate: $24-$28/hour

Your Challenge:
- Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Follow instructions and read blueprints.
- Safely work at heights.
- Use logical step-by-step procedures in work.
- Perform a variety of duties which may change often; and operate machinery.
- Assemble machinery and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
- May operate engine lathe or milling machine to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Understands lathes, mills, drill presses
- Hands on aptitude, working with motors
- Basic welding (MIG)
Preferred:
- Some knowledge of Solidworks
