- Review invoices and make sure all calculations are accurate
- Submit invoices through different online platforms
- Inform customers of past due invoices
- Submit quotes for approval
- Inform customers of upcoming jobs
- Ensure all work orders have corresponding invoices
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Implement and improve organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
