Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials with energy and precision.
• Support skilled workers by providing tools, equipment, and supplies promptly to maintain productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site safety guidelines at all times.
• Help with the installation of structural components like framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project.
• Participate in routine inspections of the site to identify potential hazards or issues needing attention.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures; prior safety training is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites; flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment.
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but NOT REQUIRED training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay: $13.50 - $25.00 per hour
