Job Title: Sales Account Manager (Training Period)

Reports to: Sales Manager
Status: Exempt
General Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday (additional hours to support as needed)
Summary:
Assist in activities and company functions by performing the assigned duties. Additional duties or tasks may be assigned to assure the efficiency and needs of CMA. Work will be accomplished in adherence to all policies set forth by the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Performance to Departmental Business plan objectives (refer to business plan objectives).
· Compliance to existing quality systems (i.e. TS and ISO).
· Enhance customer satisfaction expectations.
· Support project and PEM meetings as required.
· Overall performance of sales activities with assigned customers.
· Develop and maintain new business with current customers as well as with new customers.
· Customer visitations and presentations.
· Communication with other departments regarding customer requirements.
· Collecting and documenting market data related to competitor products and market trend.
· Creating and modifying company marketing/sales strategy.
· Developing sales forecasts, cost walks, and/or regulatory reporting as required.
· (Training Period) – Hands on exposure to manufacturing floor operations and new model launch project management to gain insight into CMA products, procedures, and customer requirements including but not limited to:
Ø Standard Work
Ø FIFO
Ø Quality assurance procedures
Ø New Model Master Schedule
Ø Customer ECI implementation management
Ø Customer prints and specifications
Ø Trial Part Orders and fulfillment
The intent of the training period is to gain a deeper understanding of the customer’s operations that will enhance an understanding of costs and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university: or five to seven years related experience and or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Automotive sales experience – Toyota and Honda experience preferred.
· Competency in the use of Information Systems Tools to create and maintain business objectives.
· Toyota Production Systems or related system preferred.
· TS16949 and ISO14001 experience or related experience preferred.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret related technical documents.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
· Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, and CMA personnel.
· Ability to effectively present information.
· Ability to use mathematical concepts as it applies to developing and analyzing data.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusion.
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in drawing, mathematical, or diagram form and deal with a variety of variables.
· Ability to distinguish between significant and trivial.
· Ability to apply “Go & See” principles as it applies to your essential duties and job summary.
· Travel may be required.
· Ability to address issues and resolve problems under deadline constraints.

Pay: $57,049.98 - $68,705.35 per year
