We are currently looking for a motivated team member in our Service Business Development Center. The Service BDC is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort is a family owned and operated group of car dealerships which has been in business for over 35 years in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
- Making outbound call, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
- Schedule future contact as needed.
- Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
- Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Respond to customer website requests.
- Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNET SERVICE SPECIALIST
When you begin your day in the Service Business Development Center (BDC), you will have many warm leads to contact. These are customers who have inquired about a specific service appointment or parts order request. You are not selling a service; you are selling an appointment to visit our dealership. We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed. This includes phone training when you are hired and product knowledge so that you can have meaningful conversation with our customers. You will learn how to quickly and effectively ask for an appointment and will be put in the best position to succeed in your new role.
WORK SCHEDULE
Our service hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm, and Saturday 7am to 4pm.
