SUMMARY
The Install Helper assists with the installation of whole-home standby generators. This role involves supporting plumbers and electricians on-site and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently by following directions and adhering to safety standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the installation of whole-home standby generators, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Provide support to plumbers and electricians, including handling tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow detailed instructions and work closely with the installation team to complete jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite during and after installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, or general labor is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND/OR TRAINING
- Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
