This is a unique opportunity to work closely alongside the team's Lead Advisor and "Diamond Team," gaining hands-on exposure to the full wealth management business. The ideal candidate is curious, career-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn the business from A to Z.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside an experienced Lead Advisor and support the preparation and execution of client meetings
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial planning and wealth management process
- Prepare financial plans, client presentations, investment reviews, and meeting materials
- Participate in client meetings and gradually take on increased client-facing responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Retirement team to serve retirement plan participants and identify wealth management opportunities
- Work assigned retirement plans in tandem with the retirement consulting team
- Assist with prospect meetings, educational events, referrals, and other business development initiatives
- Help clients with comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and long-term financial goals
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the CRM

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
