Territory Manager | Surgical Medical Device Sales

Join a rapidly growing medical device organization focused on delivering innovative surgical solutions to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers. We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow market share, develop new business, and support clinical customers throughout an established territory.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow territory revenue and expand market share.
• Build relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, materials management, and key decision-makers.
• Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Provide in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product implementation.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to strengthen market presence.
• Consistently exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and account management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of outside B2B or medical device sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing new business.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in operating room environments and supporting clinical procedures.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
