Collection Supervisor (Atlanta, GA)
We are seeking an experienced Collection Supervisor to lead B2B receivables and drive timely resolution of outstanding accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role oversees collection activities, supports credit operations, and partners cross-functionally to manage risk and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate collections on commercial receivables
- Review delinquent accounts and recommend next steps, including agency placement
- Approve credit holds and support order release decisions
- Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare reporting on aging, risk accounts, and collection strategies
- Manage and support lien waivers, lien rights, and payment bond processes
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of B2B collections experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong experience with construction liens and payment bonds required
- ERP experience (JD Edwards or similar) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
