- Oversee month end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Manage consolidation of multiple acquired entities and maintain consistent accounting treatment
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Supervise and develop a team of accounting staff
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into corporate accounting processes
- Maintain internal controls and assist with policy updates as the organization scales
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with consolidations accounting
- Willing to go in-office 5x a week
