- Manage Wealth Management Analysis & Reporting operations within a bank environment
- Lead and develop a team of Analysis & Reporting Operations Specialists
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) and primary escalation point for complex operational, system, regulatory, and client issues
- Own operational risk management, quality control, and regulatory oversight related to client reporting
- Ensure daily workflows meet service, risk, and compliance standards
- Drive team productivity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Design and implement coaching, development, and training programs
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience
- 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Brokerage Operations
- Including complex operational workflows
- Including risk and client reporting management in a bank environment
- 2 years in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role within Wealth Management operations
- Direct accountability for team performance, coaching, and development
Operational & Technical Expertise
- Strong expertise in Wealth Management operations processes and systems
- Hands-on experience with brokerage platforms:
- Tamarac
- Black Diamond
- Escalation-level troubleshooting experience
- Proven ability to manage:
- Operational risk

- Experience overseeing:

Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
