Data Reconciliation Analyst, Orion Advisor Solutions:

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of data structures, workflows, and integration points to ensure accurate data reconciliation across the investment platforms.
- Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify discrepancies between different data sources and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by analyzing data flows, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and support, to address data issues and improve data quality.
- Develop and implement data reconciliation processes and best practices to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data across the investment platform.
- Monitor and track data reconciliation metrics and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data reconciliation processes, including procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Additional Skills and Knowledge
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role focused on data reconciliation, data management, or supporting enterprise-level financial platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, information management, or a related field
- Experience using Orion Advisor Solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
