What you'll be doing:
- Provide warm, professional service to physicians and medical staff
- Maintain a clean, upscale, and fully stocked lounge environment
- Serve light meals, snacks, and beverages with attention to dietary needs
- Collaborate with culinary and facility teams to ensure seamless operations
- Anticipate needs and uphold the highest standards of discretion and service
- Experience in luxury hospitality, executive dining, or concierge services
- Polished communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
