Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear instructions about course procedures and tee times
• Manage the flow of players onto the course, ensuring timely starts and adherence to schedule
• Enforce golf course rules and etiquette to promote safety and an enjoyable environment for all players
• Assist with event management during tournaments or special outings, coordinating player groups and schedules
• Resolve conflicts or disputes among players with professionalism and diplomacy
• Conduct safety checks around the course, including monitoring for hazards and ensuring guest safety at all times
• Handle cash transactions accurately for tee time bookings, merchandise sales, or food service as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments; experience in resort or recreational settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills with public speaking ability to give clear instructions or announcements
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Experience in event management or coordinating group activities is desirable
• Knowledge of safety protocols; lifeguard experience or certifications are advantageous for emergency response readiness
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
