Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, promoting safe drinking practices.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in retail math, cash handling, brewing or hospitality environments is advantageous.
