- Prepare and process appropriate court order templates based on court preparation documents and case information provided by Child Support Agents
- Review and compile documentation for submission to assigned paralegals to facilitate the preparation of legal orders and related court documents
- Coordinate with paralegals and agency attorneys to ensure court orders are completed, reviewed, approved, and processed in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements
- Electronically file approved court orders, Certificates of Service, and other legal documents with the Clerk of Court in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update computerized tracking systems to monitor the status of motions, legal actions, court orders, and related case activities
- Track requests for motions and other legal actions from initiation through preparation, review, approval, and final filing
- Monitor the progression of court orders through all stages of preparation and filing to ensure timely completion and compliance with applicable deadlines
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve legal and administrative records, files, and supporting documentation in accordance with departmental procedures
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support functions, including filing, copying, scanning, and distribution of documents
- Operate and perform routine troubleshooting and minor maintenance of office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, printers, and related devices
- Provide general administrative support to the Child Support Legal Unit and perform other duties as assigned to support departmental operations
