Supervises: N/A
Work Hours: 8:00am- 4:30pm; this position will work and be paid for 75 hours in a 2-week pay period
Current county employees will follow the county's promotion/demotion policy.

To perform data entry, monetary and specialized departmental clerical duties, and responsibilities in a timely manner according to established policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions
- Works independently under the supervision of the Tax Administration Supervisor Manager.
- Responds to taxpayer inquiries
- Process tax records and payments
- Maintains electronic and financial records
- Reconcile accounts
- Support delinquent tax collection and foreclosure activities
- Prepare reports and official documentation
- Assist staff with special projects
- Attends meetings and training as required.
Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work:
- High school diploma plus additional training in computers, business, and accounting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 required.
- Must obtain knowledge of real estate taxation and collection practices.
- 2 years’ working experience preferred in taxes, accounting and/or banking.
- Work experience handling and responsibility for receiving large sums of money required.
- Experience and knowledge of tax foreclosure document preparation preferred.
