- Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify staffing needs.
- Provide supplemental regional recruitment activity and support where needed.
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement check-ins with hiring managers and new hires.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions, with a specialized focus on BCBA and RBT roles.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and telephone screens.
- Assist in the negotiation of terms of employment and extends job offers.
- Adhere to Cultivate policies and procedures, in addition to federal, state and local employment laws.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years prior experience in a full lifecycle recruiter position, or similar role, with an emphasis on recruitment strategy (ABA field preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Prior experience with UKG preferred.
- Strong knowledge of posting on social media platforms, and other sourcing tools for candidate outreach and engagement.
- Ability to produce positive results in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
- Detail oriented and deadline driven.
- Experience managing multiple, conflicting deadlines and priorities and delivering results on time.
- Ability to work independently and make positive contributions as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to receive feedback, coaching, and counseling, while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning.
Physical Conditions
- Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate office equipment (computer, copier, printer, etc.).
- Responsibilities include mostly clerical, administrative work requiring vision and hearing.
- Ability to communicate effectively through audio and video tools accessed through various electronic devices.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as the ability to lift items up to 25 lbs.
