You Will
- Lead end to end recruitment processes across our US operations, focusing primarily on technical engineering positions while also managing business and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to improve quality and efficiency in our Talent Acquisition Process
- Build candidate pipelines through targeted direct sourcing, talent mapping, and active networking within the North American market.
- Have at least several years of experience independently managing full cycle talent acquisition, with a solid track record of closing challenging technical roles
- Demonstrate direct sourcing/headhunting skills using modern recruitment tools and direct outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
- Bring a structured, data-informed and evidence based approach to candidate evaluation and clear, efficient management of the recruiting pipeline.
