About the Role
Culmen International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB) in Washington D.C.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be tasked with overseeing the operations of contractor provided logistics, dock management, property management and facilities support services. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role
The Warehouse Supervisor will be essential for managing all project activities, action items, and general functions of the project.
To be successful in this role:
- Will have authority to act for Contractor in their absence on a daily basis.
- Will be responsible to sign off on inspection reports and any / all correspondence on behalf of the Contractor.
- Must be present onsite during designated shift to oversee all work in progress at Remote Delivery Facility (RDF).
- Must be experience in leading, tasking, and driving satisfactory performance / results until task completion.
- Maintain presence to supervise / oversee all logistical services being performed at Remote Delivery Facility (RDF).
- Must be able to initiate corrective action when technical problems occur.
- Anticipate existing customer requirements providing technical solutions that offer an integrated approach to completing the task.
- Provide customer service, responding to customer service requests, receiving deliveries, and screening deliveries.
- Physical labor on the worksite consists of moving furniture, inventorying assets, and coordinating moves.
- Knowledgeable in reporting discrepancies with clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 10 years of experience working in a facility / logistics environment.
- Experience working with high-volume package management, multi-system accountability, multi-site operations, move support, and surplus management.
- Must be able to work in high pressure (high-visibility customer service) and strict timelines.
- Valid Drivers License.
- MHE (Material Handling Equipment) active certification.
- OSHA Certification.
- Forklift Certification (Active).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CAC (Common Access Card).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience / familiarity with Bear Tracks (package tracking).
- ITS (vendor and vehicle clearance system).
- DPAS (DoD asset accountability system).
- ESSTS and required forms (DD 1150, DD 1348) for all accountable property.
- Any similiar digital solutions.
