- $55,,000 base salary uncapped commissions (realistic earnings $85K-$150K )
- 15% commission on installations, 25% on cash sales, 10% on service plans
- Training guarantee: $1,000/week for 4 weeks while you learn our proven system
- 20-25 pre-set appointments weekly from our showroom & digital marketing
- Protected territory: 3,000 homes in exclusive ZIP codes
- Average sale $4,500 (softeners) to $7,500 (whole-home systems)
- Company vehicle or $600/month car allowance gas card
- Health/dental/vision (company pays 75%), 401(k) with 4% match
- Certified Water Specialist training included ($2,000 value)
- Residential sales experience (home improvement, solar, pest, HVAC preferred)
- Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments
- Run 4-5 pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
- Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
- Design customized solutions solving real problems (hard water damage, contamination)
- Close same-day using a consultative approach (full training provided)
- Generate 2 referrals per installation through quality service
