Financial Analyst I

Description: Culligan is looking for an eager, motivated and ambitious candidate to support the Enterprise Dealer Group.  Responsibilities include managing and maintaining reporting across multiple business units. This individual identifies problems using analytical skills, generating collaborative solutions, determining the best approach, and implementing best practice solutions for a fast-paced multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly recurring reporting packages for EDG, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
• Update, maintain, and improve reporting tools, templates, and schedules.
• Refresh and validate data across reporting systems (IFS, HFM, Power BI, internal dashboards, and Microsoft office).
• Support preparation of Monthly Financial Review (MFR) and Monthly Business Operations Review (MOR reporting.
• Assist with account reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and documentation required for month-end close as assigned.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions, operating initiatives, and performance improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Finance or Accounting
• Detail oriented with ability to think strategically and analytically
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict reporting deadlines

Target Salary Range: $55,000 - 70,000 year.  Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.  Full-time positions are eligible for competitive benefits, including: paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits and 401(k).
