Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst 2 in Nashville, TN. The role will be hybrid, with one day per week onsite and the remainder remote until Q1 2026, after which it will transition to full onsite. This is a long-term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $34/hr W2 full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay.

Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology — helping customers make payments, view contracts, access loan documents, and automatically retrieve tax forms. We need someone who can bridge conversations between product owners and developers, translating business needs into technical requirements. You should be comfortable digging into API documentation, discussing front-end UI/UX concepts, and ensuring business intent is understood in “developer speak.”
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows.
- Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and dev teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements.
Typical task breakdown:
- Requirements gathering
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure requirements are properly broken down into user stories
Education & Experience Required:
- 2–4 years’ experience with business stakeholders and developers
- Bachelor’s in MIS, Computer Science, IT, or Business Admin
- Comparable roles: Business Analyst, Technical Analyst
