Summary:
Company is seeking a Technical Analyst with strong business analysis skills to support our lease and loan product platform. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology helping customers make payments, view contracts, access loan documents, and automatically retrieve tax forms.
Company needs someone who can bridge conversations between product owners and developers, translating business needs into technical requirements. You should be comfortable digging into API documentation, discussing front-end UI/UX concepts, and ensuring business intent is understood in “developer speak.”
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows.
- Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and dev teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Agile environments.
- Salesforce experience (hands-on configuration, administration, or strong analyst role exposure).
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and ask the right questions.
- Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
Desired Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Developer).
- Experience with financial services or loan/lease management systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and front-end frameworks.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.00 - $38.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
