Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (S&OP/Data). The work will be done onsite full-time in Peoria, IL. This is a long-term position (18 months) that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $76/hr full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to support supply chain planning (S&OP) processes and enterprise application modernization efforts. This role will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, helping evaluate and improve business processes while supporting data-driven decision-making. The analyst will work on system enhancements, database updates, and migration initiatives while providing day-to-day support for business applications. This position offers exposure to enterprise systems, data management, and large-scale modernization projects within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support S&OP processes and system improvements
• Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and performance
• Develop and execute SQL queries and reports to support data analysis and decision-making
• Support application changes, testing, and database updates
• Assist with modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy systems to modern platforms
• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of system updates
• Document business requirements, processes, and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience in a related field
• Strong knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
• Strong experience with SQL and database management
• Experience working as a liaison between business and IT teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Familiarity with ERP systems or mainframe environments
• Experience with application modernization or migration projects
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
