We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst to support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and data initiatives. This role will act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective evaluation, implementation, and support of business systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between IT teams, business partners, and stakeholders
Analyze and support S&OP processes and related applications
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
Support database-related tasks, including testing and implementation
Assist in modernization initiatives, including application migrations
Coordinate changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide day-to-day support
Collaborate with team members on ongoing and future projects
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree with 10 years of experience, or
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience
Strong experience with S&OP processes
Solid SQL and database knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modernization or mainframe migration projects
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Knowledge of ERP systems or IBM mainframe environments
