Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support / End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a service bar/Genius Bar-style environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user technology support, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, laptops, networking, conference room technology, and enterprise collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across both Windows and Mac environments, along with experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for end users in a walk-up service desk/Genius Bar environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues for Windows PCs and Mac devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Office Suite, and OneDrive.
- Perform Level 2 desktop support, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment.
- Provide smart hands support for networking equipment, cabling, and patching activities.
- Support conference rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), audiovisual systems, and meeting technologies.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device deployments, software installations, and hardware replacements.
- Execute operational procedures while maintaining compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and operational changes.
- Perform testing and validation of IT solutions before implementation.
- Coach and assist end users on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Support, End User Computing, or Desktop Support.
- Strong experience supporting both Windows PCs and Apple Mac systems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Office applications, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Level 2 Help Desk/Desktop Support.
- Knowledge of network patching, cabling, and smart hands support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), audiovisual equipment, and conference room technology.
- Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) networks.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft, Apple, or ITIL.
- Experience with enterprise endpoint management and device imaging.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and operational standards.
