Job Title: Manufacturing Technician GMP
Location: Onsite Frederick MD
Contract: 3 months (with possibility of conversion)
PR: $26/hr
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Shift: 1st shift M-F
Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Specific 2026 Campaign Support Operator to provide operational support for C-Pak Freeze activities during the 2026 manufacturing campaigns. This role involves performing manufacturing and material handling activities in temperature-controlled environments, following GMP requirements, and utilizing electronic manufacturing systems such as PAS-X. The ideal candidate is a dependable operator who can complete the required training and safely support campaign readiness and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform C-Pak Freeze manufacturing operations according to approved SOPs, work instructions, and training requirements.
- Work safely in cold room environments (2–8°C and -40°C) while following all site safety procedures.
- Execute manufacturing activities using PAS-X Electronic Batch Records (EBR) as an EBR Operator.
- Accurately complete electronic batch records and required manufacturing documentation.
- Follow all GMP documentation practices, including required read-and-sign training.
- Maintain compliance with site procedures, quality standards, and audit readiness.
- Support material handling and campaign operations while collaborating with trainers and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain required system access and operator qualifications for campaign activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, including cold rooms and freezer areas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs and documentation requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to complete approximately 100 hours of required training before shift assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PAS-X Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
- Previous experience with freeze/thaw or material handling operations
